Founding Attorney
Mrs. Silva earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2014. She graduated with honors, ranking in the top 10 percent of her class.
As the firm’s founder, Mrs. Silva has built a practice dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation across a broad range of immigration matters. She has extensive experience representing clients in removal proceedings, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U visas, family-based immigration, and humanitarian forms of relief. Drawing from her own immigration journey, she is especially passionate about advocating for undocumented children and vulnerable immigrants, helping them obtain lawful immigration status through programs such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).
Mrs. Silva is committed to providing personalized legal guidance and ensuring every client receives the respect, attention, and advocacy they deserve. She believes that every immigration case represents more than a legal matter—it represents a family’s future, a new beginning, and the opportunity to build a better life.
Mrs. Silva is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is also a member of the Florida Immigrant Coalition. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Mrs. Silva proudly serves clients from diverse backgrounds and communities.
Samantha B. Dias
Associate Attorney
Ms. Dias earned her Bachelor of Arts in Italian, with a minor in Religion, from Mount Holyoke College. She later obtained a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary before earning her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in January 2026. During law school, she was consistently recognized for her academic excellence by being named to the Dean’s List.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Dias spent more than four years serving as a Designated School Official, where she developed extensive knowledge of F-1 student visa regulations and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). She later worked as a paralegal at an immigration law firm, further strengthening her experience in immigration law and client advocacy.
Today, Ms. Dias is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system with compassion, integrity, and professionalism. She is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout their legal journey.
Ms. Dias is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar. She is fluent in Portuguese and has working knowledge of Spanish and Italian, allowing her to effectively serve clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Chenica joined The Law Office of Tatiane M. Silva, P.A. in July 2020 as a paralegal. Through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence, she was promoted to Senior Paralegal and Office Manager just one year later. Since then, she has become an integral part of the firm’s leadership team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office while working closely with the attorneys to ensure the highest level of client service.
Throughout her career, Chenica has remained dedicated to helping reunite families separated by the complexities of the immigration system. She understands that every immigration case represents more than legal paperwork—it represents hope, opportunity, and a family’s future. Her firsthand experience as an immigrant, combined with her passion for leadership and service, has made her a trusted advocate for clients and an invaluable leader within the firm.

Senior Paralegal
Before her arrival in the U.S., Silvia earned a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures in her home country, Colombia. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she possesses a unique ability to connect with clients from various linguistic backgrounds.

Brenda Diaz
Paralegal
Brenda’s connection with The Law Office of Tatiane M. Silva, P.A. began in 2018 when she joined the firm as a legal clerk. However, her family’s military background led her to relocate to North Carolina in 2021 and subsequently to California in 2022. Despite the distance, Brenda’s commitment to her mission remained steadfast, and in January 2023, she reconnected with the firm, resuming her role as a paralegal and working remotely.
Brenda’s academic journey at Florida International University was marked by the invaluable support of DACA. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has given her a unique perspective on the complexities of human experiences and emotions. Proficient in both English and Spanish, she takes immense pride in her immigrant background, using her linguistic and cultural fluency to connect with clients on a deeper level.
Danilo Bordim
Paralegal
At the age of 20, Danilo made a life-changing decision to move to the United States, where he furthered his education. He earned his associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Language Interpretation, and Translation, expanding his capabilities in the legal profession. His dedication to the field is underscored by his title as a New York notary public.
Danilo’s true passion lies in immigration matters, and he ardently believes in the pursuit of the American Dream. With a rich background, diverse skills, and a heartfelt commitment to the immigrant community, Danilo Bordim stands as a valuable asset in the legal world, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
Bradley Alcime
Paralegal
Bradley earned his Associate’s degree in Film Production from Palm Beach Community College. In 2010, he produced his first film, Mary Jane, and went on to produce three additional films centered on issues affecting the Haitian community, including domestic violence and child sexual abuse. Through his creative work, Bradley sought to raise awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and advocate for vulnerable individuals within his community.
Today, Bradley brings that same passion for advocacy and service to his work as a paralegal. Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, he is dedicated to supporting clients with compassion, cultural understanding, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
Natalia Riano Novoa
Legal Clerk
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Natalia is dedicated to serving diverse communities and making a meaningful impact. Having personally navigated the U.S. immigration system as a beneficiary of a family-based petition, she understands the emotional and legal complexities that clients face. This lived experience drives her commitment to supporting others through their immigration journey with compassion, patience, and care.
